This week we are painting this Ancient Forrest landscape.
I will use watercolour and Gouache but I might also use some other water soluble materials such as watercolour pencils or watercolour wax crayons.
Each week in our sketchbook sessions, I like to explore different materials. Sometimes I focus on something specific, such as coloured pencils or watercolours, and at other times I enjoy working in mixed media, combining a variety of materials together.
I am currently putting together a longer list of my favourite art materials, which I will be adding to both the community and the free section of my website.
