COURSE: Learn to draw your pet in alcohol marker and colour pencil

Hi my lovely creative makers, 

In this course you will learn to draw pet portraits using alcohol markers and colour pencils.  

the course will include details video's in which you can follow along to my drwings of a cat and a dog portrait. 

We will go through picking the right reference photo, analysing the photo, setting up your sketch,  building up colours and adding details step by step. there will also be a number of bonus video's included where you will see timelapses of my drawings of other pets.

the course is intended to give you the tools to start creating portraits of your own pets (and maybe your friends and families too as a per portrait makes a wonderful gift!) 

My illustration style is loose and we are not focussing on perfectionism. The aim of the course is to learn how to create a portrait that reflects the character of the animal. 

The course will be available to you on the 1st November and this ticket is a special offer which includes a live session. 

• the first live session is scheduled for Tuesday 13 December 2022 from 6-8pm GMT
• Second live session Tuesday 17 January 2023

The materials that we will be using for this course are 

• Drawing paper
• alcohol markers
• colour pencils
• a sketch pencil and erasor. 

Alcohol markers are different from felt-tips as they are alcohol based and the colours can be layered and blended smoothly. as always feel free to join in with other materials if you prefer. 

The course will be for sale for a period after the 1st November without the live session.
