COURSE live session: Learn to draw your pet in alcohol marker and colour pencil

Hi my lovely creative makers, 

This is the live session included in the course, how to draw you pet in alcohol markers and colour pencils. 

In this course you will learn to draw pet portraits using alcohol markers and colour pencils.  

the course includes video's in which you can follow along to my drawings of a cat and a dog portrait. 

We will go through picking the right reference photo, analysing the photo, setting up your sketch,  building up colours and adding details step by step. there will also be a number of bonus video's included where you will see timelapses of my drawings of other pets.

the course is intended to give you the tools to start creating portraits of your own pets (and maybe your friends and families too as a per portrait makes a wonderful gift!) 

My illustration style is loose and we are not focussing on perfectionism. The aim of the course is to learn how to create a portrait that reflects the character of the animal. 

The materials that we will be using for this course are 

• Drawing paper
• alcohol markers
• colour pencils
• a sketch pencil and erasor. 

Alcohol markers are different from felt-tips as they are alcohol based and the colours can be layered and blended smoothly. as always feel free to join in with other materials if you prefer.
