Hello everyone,

Tonight we’re drawing with colour pencils.

I’ll be creating jack-o-lanterns on black paper, to show how beautifully vibrant colour pencils can look on a dark background.

You don’t need anything special — any ordinary colour pencils will do.

We’ll just need a bit of yellow and orange for our pumpkins.

If you don’t have black paper, no problem at all — white paper works perfectly too.

I realised this morning that I didn’t have any black paper myself, so I popped to the shop to get some, and now I’m all ready for tonight’s class.
